Two references must be provided for a new applicant, preferably from leaders of ECFA members with some knowledge of the applicant organization and/or its leadership. Alternatively, the references can be from leaders of non-ECFA member churches or parachurch ministries.

ECFA will send a link to the applicant to forward on to the references. This link will provide a digital form that can be filled out.  (Two letters of recommendation can be provided instead of filling out the digital form.)
