Young Life

Ministry Description
Young Life is a worldwide nonprofit organization for middle school, high-school and college students with the mission of "introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith." Young Life staff and volunteers enter the world of kids, focusing on what matters to them - fun, adventure and friendship. In doing so, we earn the privilege of talking to them about something we think matters most of all - the truth about God and His love for us. Founded in 1941, Young Life has more than 5,800 staff and 57,000 volunteers and is active in more than 100 countries reaching more than 2,300,000 kids annually. More than 131,000 guests attend a Young Life weekend or summer camp worldwide annually. Young Life owns and operates 33 resort-quality camps.
