Serving Workers for the Harvest

Ministry Description
SERVING WORKERS FOR THE HARVEST is a nondenominational, Christian mission organization dedicated to supporting grassroots outreach programs globally.

OUR MISSION: To equip devoted gospel workers to evangelize the unreached, disciple and strengthen believers in their walk with Christ, multiply kingdom-minded workers around the world. We are committed to advancing the Gospel globally by following the mandate of the Great Commission.

OUR VISION: Our vision is to identify harvest fields worldwide, with a special heartbeat for the unreached, underserved, and those facing difficult challenges. Through prayerful discernment, we aim to send laborers into these harvest fields. We do this through evangelizing the lost, discipling believers, and multiplying kingdom workers globally. In this way (and others) we are spreading the Gospel as Jesus commanded in Matthew 9:37-38.

OUR APPROACH: Serving Workers for the Harvest believes that every ministry should respond to the doors God opens and follow His guidance. Our approach supports ministries in being responsive and adaptive to the specific calling and opportunities presented by God.
SWH’s ministries are “field-driven,” allowing indi- vidual ministries to plan, execute, and expand based on God’s leading and direction, while maintaining fidelity to God’s word.
To ensure their success, our centralized business office provides essential support through adminis- tration, theological backing, financial management, ministry reporting, and accountability.
