Good News

Ministry Description
Good News works within the United Methodist Church (UMC) to advocate and act as a catalyst for fostering UMC doctrine and practice that is consistent with traditional, scriptural Christianity. Changes to UMC doctrine and practice are voted upon at General Conference, held every four years. Much of Good News' activity and resources supports its General Conference efforts, and this affects Good News' spending and fundraising more heavily in the year before and year of General Conference (next in 2024).
