Bethania Foundation

Ministry Description
The Bethania Foundation, also known as Bethania Kids, is a Christian mission that is bringing wholeness and hope to orphaned, abandoned, disabled and desperately poor children in India. Bethania Kids provides these children shelter, food, clothing, education, medical services and spiritual care through four residence homes, nine care centers and two rehabilitation programs. Recognizing that mothers play a critical role in children’s lives, Bethania Kids also offers support to women who face the challenges of intense poverty and spousal abuse, abandonment and/or alcoholism. Bethania Kids provides opportunities to learn marketable skills through 15 women’s empowerment programs. The message is simple: Jesus loves all people and cares deeply for them regardless of the circumstances of their birth. Through His love, these children and women will change their own world.
